Why won't power point 2007 not work with media shout 4,5?
We purchased media shout 4.5 and a new computer. We have been using power point viewer but recently installed powerpoint 2007. It was getting stuck(media shout) so I uninstalled power point viewer. It will load my powerpoint but will not play it. I did reconfigure power point with still no progress. What else can I try or do I have to purchase power point 2010?

The only Viewer compatible with MediaShout is PPT Viewer 97. This is because Microsoft has removed the module that allows programs like ours to use it for playback. Unfortunately this means you are limited to PPT files save in the 97-2003 format(.ppt). If you need to play the newer .pptx format, you will need to install the full version of either PPT 2007 or 2010.Comment -

We have the full version of 2007 on our computer and I did delete the viewer.
Still says cannot load sldes although the slides are therre but do not play. -
