Video "glitching" on playback
A video file we played last kept "glitching" when played I've checked the file and it seems OK.

Hi John. The video we used for Mother's Day is a Quick Time Move and it's 101,482 kb.
The Memorial Day video I'm trying to play for this week is a Windows Media file and it's 110,942 kb, and it's doing the same thing. -

It sounds like either the video card is having a hard time keeping up or a possible codec issue. Can you give us a call so we can dig a little deeper? 866-857-1292

Thanks for calling in. Let me know if you are still having issues.
For those following this thread, the issue was probably caused by running the video files from the server. Once a copy was placed on the desktop of the presentation system, the file played fine.
A recommendation of updating the K-lite codec pack found here, and placing a copy of the videos on the presentation system was given. -
