no secondary monitor
we had the system working with a the secondary monitor but just stopped working, i can switch inbetween the two but will not fire through media shout. i tried a number of different things to no avail. thanks for all your help. rldomke@gmail.com.

Please make sure the system did not loose its settings in the Windows display properties. The link below hould help with that.

Another thing to look at, is to make sure you are in dual screen mode.
I know these may sound like basic solutions, but they are usually the main reason for the issue you are seeing.
