Hi. This is Arthur Morgan, helpdesk administrator for Youth For Christ USA in Colorado.
I'm doing some maintenance on our software licensing, and at the same time needing to transfer a copy of MediaShout 3 from a PC being retired to a different one. Unfortunately, I can't locate our licenses or original media for either of the 2 Windows copies that I show on our books.
Specifically, I am showing a copy of 3.0.0.509 and a copy of 3.2.0.623.
Questions:
1. Do you have records on your end of our past purchases, especially of version 3 (I have multiple copies of 2 and 2.5 in my disk cabinet)?
2. Is this something that can be downloaded from you in order for me to burn an ISO for future use?
3. If you have the records, can you provide me with activation keys for the 2 copies of version 3.0 that I have?

I found several records for Youth For Christ, USA in Colorado, but none with your name. If you go to Help/About MediaShout, you will find a 12 digit number. This is your license code. Chances are, the number will be the same on both systems. The fact that you are showing 2 versions (3.0.0.509 and 3.2.0.623) means system maintenance is not being done. Those who purchased V3.0, could update to V3.5 for free as the updates were released.
V3 was never offered as a download, so a replacement disc will need to be purchased. But being V3 was never supported on Windows 7, I recommend upgrading to V4.5.

You would have received 2 emails. One would have been your invoice, the other contains your download link and your license code. -

If you just downloaded the trial, make sure you are selecting Evaluate when you launch MediaShout.

We have mediashout 4.5.
When I open Help/About MediaShout the number I find is much more than an 12 digit number.
Is this a change from 3 to 4.5?
We have one installation and we are adding to another computer.-
In V4.5, you will find the 18 digit V4 license code under Tools/License Manager and it will begin with 2032. If your field is blank, please give us a call so we can help locate the code. 866-857-1292
Keep in mind, if the new computer does not have V3 installed( and it does not need to be), you will be asked for the V3 serial number as well. -
