mp4 files give error cannot be loaded

Edit Subject

I re-installed K-Lite Mega codec Pack thinking that might solve the problem, but it didn't.
I also installed qtsf_fix64.reg, but that didn't fix it.
What is the next step?
We are running build 265.

Please test with the file below. If this one plays, it is probably an issue with the specific file you are trying to play. If not, then give us a call and we can troubleshoot a little further. 866-857-1292
